How to use:
As a hot oil treatment:
- Heat the oil (in a glass container) in a water bath for 1-2 minutes
- Apply the oil to your hair starting at the scalp
- Rub in a circular motion for 3-5 minutes
- Move on to apply down the hair shaft less liberally
- Cover your hair with a shower cap then a hot towel
- Wait 30 minutes to 2 hours
- Wash it out ( first with hot water- shampoo twice- rinse with cold water)
