In case of a manufacturing defect, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging included.

Please note:

•Damage caused by misuse or wear after delivery is not eligible for return.

•Custom-made or personalized items are only eligible for return in case of manufacturing defects.
