– you can check the product while the courier is there and decide on the spot whether you will take it or not. In case you decided not to take it, you will pay the delivery fees only.
– After that we have 14 days refund and exchange policy available. To be eligible to refund or exchange, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
– Delivery fees are non refundable. If you want to exchange or refund within the 14 days, the delivery fees will be paid again.
– To exchange or refund please send us a real photo for the current product you have and the date of receiving it.
