Food safe (Cold food only).
Easy to clean (Handwash).
Best to use with cheese, cold cuts, Sushi, bread or fruits.
Care instructions:
Wash with water & soap with a soft sponge.
Dry with a microfiber towel.
Treat the wood with olive oil once a month.
No microwave, oven or direct flame.
No dishwasher, chemicals or alcohol.
No abrasives.
Don’t leave soaked in water.
