Hey there, Zarafans! Ready to rock your custom design? Here’s the scoop:

1. Let’s Get Started!

Pick your two fave colors (or more!).

Want a name? Choose Arabic or Latin letters and spell it out.

2. Show Us Your Imagination

•             Share your dream design! Describe it, or send us some pics of what you have in mind.

3. Fuel the Creative Engine

•             We need a little boost to get started – a 100 LE deposit, please. Once we’ve got that, we’re off to the races!

4. Magic in the Making

Two designs in four days. Pick your favorite and we’ll fine-tune it (1-2 tweaks max).

5. Seal the Deal

•             Love your design? Great! Send us your address, phone number, and name. Delivery is just 7-10 days away.

6. Payment and Delivery Details

•             Pay the rest in cash or via Instapay when your order arrives.

•             Delivery cost depends on your location. We’ll let you know the exact amount once we have your address.

7. No Take-Backsies

•             The deposit is non-refundable because once we start, we’re all in!

•             Each piece is unique, so no refunds or exchanges. We promise it’ll be worth it. 😉

8. Keep Us in the Loop

Double-check your info to ensure timely delivery.

9. Our Creative Rights

Designs are Zarafa’s property. No copying, please.
