- The Bags can be returned/exchanged within 2 weeks given that they are under the condition of not having been used. And the label has be attached to the product to accept its return.
- The Fabric masks CANNOT be returned/exchanged as they are a more direct contact kind of products & to respect the safety of oneself & others.
