سياسة البراند والشروط و الأحكام :

١-لا يوجد لدينا خدمة التنفيذ بالطلب أو تغيير  أى شئ فى تصميم المنتج.

٢-تنتهى مسئوليتنا عن المنتج بمجرد تسليمه لشركة الشحن للتوصيل.

٣-نحن غير مسئولين عن اى تلفيات تحدث للمنتج بعد توصيله حيث إنه يتم التأكد من جودة المنتج و خلوه من أى عيوب قبل الإرسال بالإضافه إلى إننا نقوم بتغليفه بأنفسنا تغليف محكم.

٤-لا يمكن فتح المنتج فى وجود مندوب الشحن.

٥-نحن غير مسئولين عن سوء الإستخدام أو عدم إتباع تعليمات العنايه بالمنتج المكتوبه على ظهر الكارت المرفق بالمنتج  و موجوده فى الهايلايتس على صفحة الإنستاجرام و الويبسايت.

٦-لا يوجد أستبدال أو إسترجاع.

٧-لا يمكن إلغاء الأوردر بمجرد إبلاغ شركة الشحن.

٨-الدفع كاش عند الإستلام أو عن طريق تحويل على إنستاباى قبل تسليم الأوردر لشركة الشحن.

٩-مدة التوصيل بتكون ما بين ٥ إلى ٧ أيام عمل و تكلفة الشحن بتكون حسب المنطقه.

١٠-كافة التصاميم هى مملوكة حصريا لبراند Nerm و ممنوع تقليدها بأى شكل من الأشكال.

Our guidelines below ensure you have a smooth & confident experience with our unique, carefully made products. 

Nerm Brand Policy, Terms & Conditions:

1. No Customization or Adjustments

We do not accept requests to customize or modify our products, including changing any accessories. Our items are designed and made exactly as shown, and we do not make products by special order.

2. Shipping Responsibility

Once the shipping company takes possession of the package, our liability for the product ends. We are not liable for any issues that may arise during shipping.

3. Product Condition

We carefully ensure that every product is in excellent condition before shipping, as it is securely wrapped by us. Any damage that may occur after you receive your order is beyond our responsibility.

4. Receiving Your Order

Please do not open your package in the presence of the delivery person. This helps ensure that the package remains intact upon delivery. ‏

5. Care Instructions

Each product comes with a care instruction card. You will also find care instructions in our Instagram highlights and on the IMK website. We cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use or not following these instructions.

6. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

7. Order Cancellation

Once we inform the shipping company about your order, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Payment Methods

We accept payment via InstaPay (which must be made before receiving your order) OR cash on delivery (COD).

9. Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Please note that shipping costs vary based on your location.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs and brand elements are the exclusive property of Nerm.Handmade and must never be reproduced in any way or form.
