For customized product:

- It takes 15 working days  for one product but it takes more than 15 days for more than one product, then proceed in shipment process to you.

- Clients who order customized product, should define specifically their needs like: color, number, text “like name”.. after we confirm customization attributes, order will not be cancelled and client committed to pay for the requested product.
