Return policy

• Eligibility for refunds: returns are only allowed at the time of delivery, while the courier is still at your doorstep. if you choose to return the item, it must be handed back to the courier immediatly upon receipt. once the courier leaves, no return will be accepted.
• Upone delivery, you have the option to either accept the item and complete your payment or refuse the delivery if item is not suitable.
• The shipping fees will be charged to you and are to be paid via Instapay at the time of refusal.
• Please note, once the courier leaves and the oredr is accepted, we are unable to process a return.
