Vendor Biography

I was born in a family with a strong artistic tradition as my father was a talented painter. And so it was practically inevitable, immersed as i was in such an artistic atmosphere that I would also come to find my place in the world of art. I discovered my love affair with jewelry when I was a child recycling old accessories but  dropped it at that time to go through studying and to be graduated from Faculty of Engineering 2004 and after two years working as an Engineer I was longing for the artistic part in me so I decided to make career shift to creat and make jewelry pieces that I have always loved.

I started my journey at the beginning by self teaching and published my page “Angela’s Jewellery by Engy Nabil” on 2010, after years of making with passion and selling my pieces of art I decided to develop my talent by studying more about this field and got certified as “Metal Smith, wax modeler , jewelry designer” and Filigree maker.

My attraction to making jewelry is the joy of creativity, diversity of stones, colors, shapes and textures of materials.. For me it’s always an adventure to create new pieces and I believed that jewelry is not only a piece of art but it can become part of the wearer’s life story representing milestones and memories of loved ones.
