Hello, welcome to hands and tools ☺️. We want to tell you a brief story about us. We are 100% handmade local brand, we started in 2021. The story started when I was 8 years old, I was in love with the handmade pieces in general, and I was always making a lot of scarfs and ice-caps for me, my family, and friends. I was always watching my grandmother sewing or making things with crochet and tricot, and I was amazed of how a very simple yarn and a needle can make these kind of art pieces with such a simple knots. I grew up and I left the job that I really love, and I suffered from depression and anxiety, the one thing that got me out of this state was crocheting 🧶. I am a self-taught crochet designer, who found a new passion of making an amazing modern handmade projects, and sharing it with you.

I love making things with my own hands and I appreciate all handmade arts, so I decided to make what I love and share it with everyone and there is nothing better than working in what you love. Once upon a time, I, Nouran, found myself yearning for a change in my career. I had always been passionate about natural skincare and the benefits of using chemical-free products. Inspired by my own experience with sensitive skin and a desire to help others, I decided to start my own natural soap business. I began by immersing myself in research, learning everything I could about soap-making techniques, natural ingredients, and the skincare industry. I took courses, read books, and reached out to experienced soap-makers for guidance. Armed with newfound knowledge and a growing excitement, I started experimenting in my own kitchen. I carefully formulated unique recipes, combining nourishing oils, butters, and botanicals to create gentle, luxurious soaps. I experimented with different scent combinations, seeking the perfect balance of aromas. Each batch was meticulously crafted, allowing me to refine my techniques and understand the properties of various ingredients. With a collection of beautifully crafted soaps in hand, I began showcasing my products at local farmers' markets. I engaged with customers, sharing the benefits of natural ingredients and the importance of self-care. The positive feedback and support from my early customers fueled my determination to turn my passion into a full-fledged business. To establish myself in the market, I created a brand identity that reflected my commitment to nature and sustainability. I also started introducing new products like body butters. I carefully designed labels and packaging, prioritizing eco-friendly materials and minimal waste. I wanted my products to not only nourish the skin but also leave a minimal impact Over time, my brand gained recognition for its high-quality products, commitment to transparency, and dedication to the environment. I received testimonials from customers, who appreciated the gentle, nourishing properties of my soaps. Every day, I feel grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to a greener future. Starting my own natural soap business has been an incredible journey—one filled with learning, challenges, and fulfillment. It has allowed me to combine my passion for skincare with the joy of entrepreneurship, reminding me that following your dreams and making a difference can go hand in hand.
