This is Nehal the founder of Deja Scarf, my newly born project that I dreamed about since I was a little girl قصتي طويله شويه بس معلش استحملوني محتاجه احكيها من الأول طول عمري بحب الألوان والديزاين وبحب ال crafts ونفسي اشتغل فيهم. بس بابا الله يرحمه كان مهندس و عايز ولاده يبقوا مهندسين زيه ولما توفى وأنا لسة ١٤ سنة قررت أدخل هندسة وأحقق اللي كان عايزه واتخرجت وبقيت مهندسة وكنت شاطرة وعملت خبرة كويسة ٧ سنين واتجوزت وخلفت وجبت بنتي الكبيرة “خديجة” ديجا جت الدنيا محتاجة حاجات مختلفة عن الأطفال واكتر بكتير وبقت هي محور حياتي اضطريت اسيب شغلي و قدمت استقالتي عشان مقصرش معاها … ٧ سنين قضيتهم بنفذ كل حرف الدكاتره بيقولوا عشان تبقى احسن. من سنتين درست علاج جديد ل بنتي و بقيت انا اللي بشتغل معاها جلسات في البيت تحت اشراف دكتور فى وسط كل ده حسيت اني نسيت نفسي خالص و تعبت اوي نفسيا و لازم اعمل حاجه بحبها اخرج بيها كل الطاقه السلبيه اللي بتبقى جوايا عشان اقدر اكمل .. فكرت كتير و لقيت نفسي عندي امنيه من زمان اني اتعلم التفصيل … ناس كتير قعدت تقولي ارحمي نفسك و بتسحلي نفسك و هتجيبي وقت منان و لازم تصفي ذهنك عشان دراستك ل علاج خديجه اللي كانت خلاص هتبدأ و كده هتشتتي نفسك بس كل واحد لازم يعرف علاج نفسه و يدور عليه و انا كنت عارفه ان ده علاجي اخدت كورس خياطه و كنت بروح الكورس نايمه ساعتين او تلاته بسهر طول الليل على الماكينه و برسم باترونات عشان معنديش وقت خالص طول اليوم خلصت كورس الخياطه قبل ما ابدا كورس علاج بنتي ب اسبوع واحد بس و كما توقعت الحمد الله الموضوع فرق في نفسيتي جدا فعلا و ابتدى عشقى للقماش ممكن احط قماشه قدامي و اقعد احب فيها  حاجه كده جنان .. اصحابي دايما يقولولي اعمل مشروع و انتي موهوبه لاني الحمد الله بعمل حاجات محدش يعرف انها تفصيل خالص ..بس طبعا ده مشروع محتاج تفرغ جدا مكنش ينفع نهائي مع ظروفي … فكرت تاني بردوا انا اصلا بحب الالوان و الرسم و بمووووووت في الايشاربات و اقتناعي انها اهم قطعه في لبس اي بنت محجبه و من هنا بدأت اتعلم الفوتشوب لوحدي و بدات اعمل تصميمات و بدات اول مشروع ليا اخيرا هو براند ايشاربات بتصميماتي انا . حلمي كل بنت تحب الحجاب و تقتنع انها اكيد بشعرها احلى لكن ب ايشارب مميز ممكن تكون زي القمر بردوا و في نفس الوقت ترضي ربنا طبعا انتوا عرفتوا ليه اسم البراند بتاعي Deja عشان كل حياتي اتغيرت عشانها.

  Hello beautiful ones =) Well the whole thought of having my own business started because i was TOO BORED on my annual vacation (😂I go crazy when i stay at home 😁) The idea of Eye Candy came to life. I launched on 1 Jan 2019 and i was totally in love with it. It felt like its my baby😍..A couple of weeks later i found out i was pregnant, with my actual baby😂..I started to panic that I won't be able to handle it..I could have quit. Hello, My Name is May Shaalan “Youya”hence the name “Youya’s Corner”! When i was young i spent a lot of summers with my very crafty grandmother and therefore developed a passion for anything handmade… I studied fashion design and garment production at the Faculty of Applied Arts and after graduating I worked in the Ready Made Garment Industry for years, but soon realized it wasn’t my place. Throughout my journey i met an amazing lady who shared my passion and about 7 years ago we decided to take our passion to the next level ! We bought our first machine, set up a small workshop and the rest is history!! we are currently 4 women working together at our workshop where we design & execute all our products under our brand name and we also make separate projects for other brands. Our workshop is my happy place & Youya’s Corner my baby… It’s where I want to be all the time!! All our products are made with love, passion & above all high quality! We combine German embroidery threads and machine technology with locally sourced 100% Egyptian cotton materials in all forms for most of our products. Hello 😊 My name is Huda a mother of 2 ladies:) Almost four years ago I decided to begin designing and selling pure egyptian handmade silver jewelry using calligraphy and natural stones as this was always my passion. My first period yielded almost no results. It was both a discouraging and humbling experience and I was on the verge of reconsidering going back to my normal routine as a housewife.   Then I began to have small successes selling to people that would encounter my work. After that i began to participate in bazaars and pave my way through social media. Although I was proud of my progress, I knew that to really get the word out about my jewelry I would have to take another leap of faith ❤.

My name is Norhan and I’m a recovering architect. I was always in awe of arabesque and Islamic architecture and materials. As an architecture student, I couldn’t wait to graduate and put more of what I loved to see out in the world. I spent a good three years after graduation moving between different architecture firms only to realize I’m slowly losing my passion and losing sight of my creativity to real estate companies and uniform compounds. I was blessed with Adam almost two years ago which meant I took a break to do the most rewarding job in the world of being a mother to a gorgeous child. Staying true to my luck, as soon as I was ready to rejoin the job market a literal global pandemic started. Thankfully though, it was a business in disguise. The creative juices started flowing again and I started sketching some designs with my favorite material, Copper in mind.  I am happy to share with you my design babies. I’m using high quality copper and base for the mobile cases. All the phases of creation are handmade and carried out under my careful watching eye (to the dismay of the coppersmith). The mobile cases are made to order with your choice of design, phone model and possible silver or gold plating. Those designs are very close to my heart so I hope you find as much joy using them as I found making them.

أنا طول عمري بحب الكتابة و خصوصا كتابة السيناريو و بعد محاولات سنين اني اوصل لحاجة موصلتش لأي حاجة فدخلت في اكتئاب و احساس فظيع بالفشل و قررت اني عاوزة اهرب من التفكير في أي حاجة تسحلني و ابتديت اركز في ديكور البيت فكنت عاوزة اجيب سجادة و شوفت سجادة كليم خلتني اعشق الكليم فقررت اني عاوزة اتعلم الكليم بس مالقتش كورس يعلمني فقولت خلاص هعمل نفسي من اليوتيوب و الانستجرام و كانت أول مشكلة اني مش عارفة اشتري نول لحد ما لقيت واحد اون لاين بس للاسف وصلي مكسور بس ولا همني و لزقته بالسوليتب و لأني كنت بتعلم من أجانب ع اليوتيوب فكانوا بيشتغلو بأدوات مش موجودة هنا فاخدت مبرد اظافر خشب و لزقته بالسوليتب و اشتغلت بيه و طلعت اول قطعة كليم و أنا من ساعتها صوت الخيوط و هي داخلة في بعض بيعملي راحة نفسية و ساعتها قررت لأول مرة اني لو فكرت اعمل مشروع هسميه نولي عشان النول هو اللي خلاني اتصالح مع نفسي و اكتشفها من جديد بس ساعتها قعدت افكر أيه المشروع اللي ممكن اعمله يشبعني من جوايا يخليني احس اني راضية عن نفسي و اقدر أخرج فيه كل طاقتي لحد ما شوفت بنت أجنبية بتعمل شنط بالكليم و أنا حبيت اوي الفكرة و حبيت فكرة أن يبقى عندي براند شنط على الرغم من أن عمري ما كنت البنت اللي بتهتم بالشنط و مركاتها و موضتها بس انا حسيت أن ده اللي هيوصلني نفسيا للي أنا محتجاه و زي ما هي متعة بالنسبالي أخلق شخصيات من دماغي فهي متعة باردو اني أخلق ديزاين من دماغي و زي ما كان نفسي اآثر في نفسية الناس بالايجاب من خلال اللي بكتبه فممكن باردو اآثر في نفسية بنات كتير و ابسطهم لما يلبسو شنطة مريحة أو مختلفة أو لما تخرج بيها و حد يقولها شنطتك شكلها حلو❤️، بس اول ما ابتديت مشروعي كان في حد بيساعدني أنه يقفلي شغلي بس لكذا سبب قررت من فترة بسيطة اني لازم اعتمد على نفسي و اعمل شغلي كله بنفسي كان خوف و تحدي اني اخد الخطوة دي خصوصا اللي حوالية كانو خايفين اني ادبس نفسي في مكنة و معرفش استخدمها لأني عمري ما اتعاملت مع مكن بس أنا قررت اني لازم اتحدى نفسي و اني اقدر أعلم نفسي من اليوتيوب زي ماعلمت نفسي الكليم و الكروشيه قبل كدا و فعلا جبتها و بعلم نفسي و ده جزء من الحاجات اللي عملتها و بقيت حاسة بثقة بجد و أنا بكتب hand made و بقيت حاسة بمتعة اكتر و أنا بصنع شيئ من اول لآخره و بصراحة مبسوطة بنفسي اني بكتشف فيها حاجة جديدة و اكتر حاجة بساطتني لما ابني قالي انتي احسن واحدة بتعمل شنط😂⁦❤️⁩

 بس أنا حابة اقول اكتر حاجة اتعلمتها من الموضوع ده أن كل واحد فينا جواه قوة و قدرة هو ممكن مش عارفها بس عشان يوصلها لازم يثق في نفسه و يصدقها⁦❤️

و حقيقي أنا لو كان حد من سنتين قالي انتي هيبقى عندك براند شنط و تشتغلي بأيدك أنا عمري ما كنت هصدقه😅
