Lamis Elgendy is an architect and interior designer who discovered her passion for art and painting at a young age. She refined her skills through workshops with renowned artists such as Gehan Fawzy, Mohamed khedr, Dr. Murad Darwish and others. She has participated in numerous art exhibitions and founded LA.arts.gallery after her daughter inherited her love for art, drawing inspiration for the brand’s name from the first two letters of their names. Through her brand, she aims to promote creativity and artistic expression in a unique and inspiring way.

My name is Marina Wagih.Iam a graduate of faculty of Fine Arts.

I started my own brand “WEGO” for handpainted mugs in November 2020.

I participated in many art exhibitions inside Egypt. I worked as an art instructor and I organized many art and mugs painting workshops for kids and adults

Hello lovely members, I am Nevine owner of “Crochet & more” and I am a new joiner to this artistic inspiring community of “I make this”

Although I am economics graduate and spent many years in corporate business dealing with numbers and statistics, Arts and crafts were always a passion and attraction to me, as I always loved doing and creating things with my hands. Throughout the years and as a hobby I moved from cross stitching to doing some decoupage until I found my true passion in crochet

To me, Crochet became like magic in which one can create beautiful and unique items by mixing colors and using only hook and yarn. So, I decided to go with my passion. However, I didn’t know how? So I started self -learning and trying different methods and techniques from basic to advance until I reached my goal after years of learning and trial and error.

I am always inspired by nature and how colors are mixed in complete harmony and beauty. I tend to details in every piece and try to use natural eco-friendly materials like jute in most of my designs.

All my products are handmade and not mass production, made with love and care in every detail.

Despite the challenge of running a business, I aim to introduce new definition of crochet products to stand out from the crowd and match the modern woman and to be treasured and passed down as a testament of art that bring joy to my customers.

Hi, I’m Abeer Allam — a mom of four, a passionate maker, and the founder of Peekadoo, a handmade crochet brand born out of love, necessity, and a deep belief in purposeful play.

My journey started when I discovered that my youngest daughter was struggling with fine motor skills. As a mother, I wanted to help her grow, learn, and play in a safe, stimulating way. So I turned to something I’ve always loved — crochet. What began as a personal mission soon grew into a business that now supports other moms and children through carefully crafted toys, outfits, and room decor, all made with natural, hypoallergenic materials like cotton and bamboo yarns.
