1- Wrong Item Received – Customers can return an item only if it is different from what they originally ordered.

2- No Returns with Delivery Driver – Returns cannot be made directly with the delivery driver. Customers must contact me first, and an extra fee will apply.

3- Condition of Return – Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped for an exchange or refund to be processed.

4- Customer Covers Delivery Fees – Customers are responsible for the delivery fees associated with exchanges or refunds, and the process will take up to 7 days from the return date.
