اولا روتين الاستخدام اليومي :استخدام كريم ترطيب القدمين يوميا قبل النوم ثم ارتداء شراب السيلكون للاستمتاع بقدمين ناعمه ومترطبة
ثانيا روتين الاستخدام الاسبوعي اما تعمليه في البيت لنفسك او في الصالون وهتاخدي معاكي منتجاتك والنتيجة هتفآجآك :
مره اسبوعيا او مرتين يتم نقع القدمين بماء ساخن مع ملح الابسوم لمده تلت ساعة
ثم تقشير القدمين بمقشر القدمين واستخدام فرشاه القدمين لازالة خلايا الجلد الميت والزوائد
ثم تنشيف القدمين جيدا وترطيبها بكريم الترطيب ثم كريم القدمين بلون بينك مع الحرص علي استخدام كميه صغيره جدا منه لانها تكفي لتوزيعها علي باطن القدمين ولان لونه قوي جدا وثابت ،وتوزيعها سريعا قبل ان يجف .
واخييرا الاستمتاع بقدمين ناعمتين وشكلهم صحي
