طمي البنتونيت هو مادة علاجية طبيعية من الرماد البركاني .
طين البنتونيت هو طين طبيعي بدأ البشر باستخدامه منذ آلاف السنين في العديد من الوصفات الطبيعية
يحتوي هذا الطين على عدة عناصر غذائية هامة، مثل: الكالسيوم، والماغنسيوم والحديد والبوتاسيوم
فوائد طمي البنتونيت:
١-تحسين صحة البشرة الدهنية، بسبب قدرة هذا الطين المحتملة على امتصاص الزيوت الزائدة
٢-المساعدة في بعض المشاكل الجلدية مثل الصدفية والاكزيما
٣-حماية البشرة من التاثيرات الضارة التي تحدث لخا بسبب اشعة الشمس
٤- تنضيف فروة الرآس من الاوساخ
٥- مقاومة حب الشباب
استخدامات طمي البنتونيت :
للشعر :هذا الماسك لتحسين صحة ومظهر الشعر
ربع كوب من طمي البنتونيت مع نص معلقة من زيت جوزالهند ونص معلقة من زيت الخروع ،مع نص معلقج من زيت اللوز الحلو مع ٦ معالق من خل التفاح
تخلط جميع المكونات مع بعض ما عدا خل التفاح مع الحرص علي عدم استخدام ادوات مصنوعة من المعدن بسبب تفاعل البنتونيت معاها
ثم يضاف خل التفاح للخليط ويترك لعدة ثواني دون تحريك ،ثم تمزج كافة المكونات معا ويترك الماسك جانبا لمدة ٥ ق،ثم يوزع الماسك علي الشعر المبللول “من الجذور الي الاطراف” واذا جف الشعر اثناء توزيع الماسك قومي برش الماء مره اخري ،ثم يترك الماسك علي الشعر لمدة ٢٠ ق ثم يشطف الشعر والفروة بالماء
ماسك الطمي لحب الشباب :
يخلط معلقة من طمي البنتونيت مع معلقتين من هيدرسول النعناع بشكل يكفي لتكوين معجون ناعم ،يطبق الخليط علي البشرة ثم يترك ٢٠ ق،ثم قومي بغسل الماسك ويكرر ٣ مرات اسبوعيا
