ملح الابسوم يعرف بالملح الانجليزي او كبريتات المغنسيوم ،استعمل الملح الانجليزي منذ القدم في الطب الشعبي في علاج بعض المشاكل الصحية ،ويشار الي فوائد ملح الابسوم ترجع الي احتوائه علي الماغنسيوم وهو معدن لا يحصل الناس علي ما يكفي منه
فوائد الملح الانجليزي:
١-مصدر للماغنسيوم حيث ان الماغنسيوم هو العنصر الرابع في الجسم من حيث الكثرة ،والذي يستعمل في ما يزيد عن ٣٠٠ تفاعل كيميائي حيوي ضروري لصحة القلب والجهاز العصبي ويدعي البعض ان امتصاص الماغنسيوم عن طريق نقع الجسم في ملح الابسوم عن طريق الجلد قد يكون افضل من تناوله عبر الفم ولكن لا يوجد اي ادله علمية تثبت ذلك .

كيفية عمل حمام ملح الابسوم “الملح الانجليزي:
قومي بملء البانيو لنقع الجسم كاملا او طبق مليء بالماء الساخن لنقع القدمين اذا كنتي لا تمتلكين بانيو
ضعي كوب من ملح الابسوم في البانيو مع الزيوت العطرية المفضلة لديك “لافندر/نعناع/كافور/ورد……”
ضعي ربع كوب من خل التفاح العضوي ثم ضعي ربع كوب بيكربونات الصوديوم لانها تمتلك خصائص مضادة للفطريات كما تساعد في تنعيم الجلد والتقليل من الحكة
وانقعي جسمك لمده ٢٠ ق:د٣٠ ق
احتياطات عند استخدام الملح الانجليزي :
-غير امن علي الحوامل والمرضعات والاطفال
-الاشخاص الذين يتناولون الادوية بشكل مستمر او يعانون من اي امراض مزمنة يجب استشارة الطبيب اولا قبل الاستخدام
-ينبغي الحصول علي ملح الابسوم من مصادر موثوقة لضمان الجودة وعدم الغش
-يجب شرب ٢ كوب ماء قبل نقع جسمك في حمام ملح الابسوم و٢ كوب بعد الانتهاء
يفضل عمل حمام ملح الابسوم ليلا قبل النوم لانه يساعد جسمك علي الاسترخاء
