يمتلك زيت عشبة الليمون خصائص مضادة للفطريات و مطهرة و مضادة للإلتهابات و ذلك بفضل المركبات الموجودة به.
رائحته بتساعد علي الشعور بالاسترخاء والهدوء لذلك يكثر تواجده في السبا واماكن الاسترخاء.
فوائده زيت عشبة الليمون :
١-التخفيف من الصداع
٢-يعمل كباسط للعضلات
يحسن زيت عشبة الليمون الدورة الدموية و بالتالي يقلل من التشنجات العضلية و الأوجاع و يعمل كباسط للعضلات. قم بتدليك المناطق التي تشعر فيها بالألم بإستخدام زيت عشبة الليمون المخفف و ذلك لتخفيف الألم و التشنجات العضلية،قومي بتخفيف زيت عشبة الليمون بأحد الزيوت الحاملة مثل زيت اللوز الحلو أو الارجان ١٠ نقط من زيت اللوز الحلو مع نقطتين من زيت عشبة الليمون وقومي بتدليك الاماكن التي تشعري فيها بالالم .
٣-يساعد علي النوم ويساعد علي الشعور بالاسترخاء
حيث ان زيت عشبة الليمون له تأثير مهدئ رائع و الذي يساعد على تهدئة العقل و الجسم و بالتالي يحسن من جودة النوم.
٤- قد يساعد أيضاً في علاج الإكتئاب عن طريق إستنشاق الزيت قبل النوم في الفواحة.
٥-يعالج فطريات الأظافر
تساعد الخصائص المضادة للفطريات في زيت عشبة الليمون في علاج فطريات الأظافر. قومي بتخفيف زيت عشبة الليمون بأحد الزيوت الحاملة مثل زيت اللوز الحلو أو الارجان و ذلك عن طريق إضافة 30 مل من الزيت الحامل إلى 6 قطرات من زيت عشبة الليمون في زجاجة نظيفة. قم برج الزجاجة جيداً ثم دلك الأظافر به مرتين يومياً و ستلاحظ إختفاء الفطريات في عدة أيام.

تدليك الزيوت على البشرة واستخدامها مع زيوت حامله زي زيت جوزالهند او زيت الارجان.
