Returns & exchanges policy:

• You can check your purchase on door before the shipping messenger leaves (for Cairo residents only).
• The shipping fee is required to be paid if you discarded the order.
• We only accept the return in its original condition.
• We refund the return amount after receiving the item and checking its condition.
• We return and exchange the item if you received it defected.
• Defected items must be returned within 2 days.
