- Returns and exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery. Minor variances are to be expected because each bag is unique. Returns are only allowed for defects or damages. Used, damaged, or altered items are excluded.
- Contact us with your order number, description, and photos of the issue. We’ll provide instructions and ask you to return the item in its original packaging.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached for returns or exchanges.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Custom orders are not returnable unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
- Damaged Items: Please notify us quickly if your item is damaged or defective. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund. Save the original package and take photos.
