Please note, to be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging.

Repair:

We are committed to ensuring your handmade jewelry remains as beautiful as the day you received it. In the unfortunate event that your jewelry requires repair, we are here for you. Repairs due to faulty construction on behalf of the maker are free of charge. you should reach out within 3 days of receiving.

Minor damage caused by the customer, will require an extra charge.
