All our products are totally handmade, as we can customize your order (shape, size and color). Moreover, we buy our row materials depending on the order therefore, our agreed terms will be as follow:

Deposit needed for sets orders which start from 6 pieces.

Deposit amount is 40% from total order amount

Deposit is non refundable.

Orders takes from 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered as all our products are totally handmade.

Read these instructions carefully before using our products;

1- Oven safe but:

Avoid thermal shocks, must placed in a cold oven.

Use a protective cushion under hot pots / plates / mugs … etc.

Don’t expose to direct flames

2- Dishwasher safe:

At low temperature.

Not on daily basis, hand washing will be more safe, just avoid scrubbing.

3- Microwave safe.

Our products are lead and cadmium free.
